Sharing of information:
Identifiable client information will not be shared with other healthcare professionals or third parties without consent of the client unless there is risk of grave harm to yourself or another. There might be an occasion where I need to speak with another professional or emergency services for your health and safety and I will always aim to discuss with you beforehand whenever it is realistically possible.

Storing of information:
All records are stored electronically in locked files.
We will store your records for a minimum period of 7 years if you are a client as is required for clinical record keeping.
Where your information was collected for marketing purposes such as an email list, we will keep your data until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails or marketing from us.

Safety of payments:
Payments will be made via BACS transfer or via a secure payment system.
