Except as set out below, we do not share, sell or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website.

When you use our website, we may ask you to provide personal data. This can be categorised into the following groups:

  • Personal identifiers, such as your first and last names, or date of birth.

  • Contact information, such as your email address or your telephone number.

  • Personal information related to the service that you ask us to deliver such as medical history or other health and lifestyle information that is relevant to the advice given to you.

Why information is collected:

  • To ensure that you receive the support you need through the service provided

  • To allow for us to offer appropriate, safe, effective and evidence-based advice.

Sharing of information:

Identifiable client information will not be shared with other healthcare professionals or third parties without consent of the client unless there is risk of grave harm to yourself or another. There might be an occasion where I need to speak with another professional or emergency services for your health and safety and I will always aim to discuss with you beforehand whenever it is realistically possible.

Storing of information:

All records are stored electronically in locked files.

We will store your records for a minimum period of 7 years if you are a client as is required for clinical record keeping.

Where your information was collected for marketing purposes such as an email list, we will keep your data until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails or marketing from us.

Safety of payments:

Payments will be made via BACS transfer or via a secure payment system.

Controlling Personal Information:

  • You will be able to unsubscribe from emails or request to be removed from email lists at any time by emailing

  • You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the general data protection regulation (GDPR).
